  • Metastatic collecting duct carcinoma is a rare type of non-clear cell renal cell carcinoma with a poor prognosis and no standard treatment guidelines.
  • Studies have provided evidence about the benefit of cabozantinib in ncRCC.
  • BONSAI trial is a prospective study that showed that cabozantinib has efficacy in untreated patients with mCDC. The patients in the study received 60 mg orally once daily.
